Hog Roast Wedding Catering Hexham

Robert and Jessie-may contacted us at the end of 2010 regarding catering requirements for their wedding day on the 28th of August 2011, the service and reciption was held at Hexham winter gardens in Hexham about 15 miles from Newcastle upon tyne.
Below is the menu provided:
Hog roasted pig with crispy crackling served plated
Cus cus salad
Feta cheese salad
Tossed red and green salad
10 x Veggie kebabs
10 x Veggie burgers
The above menu would include:
Spit roast machine, chefs, service staff, service tables
equipment, linen table covers (service tables only)
china plates, cutlery, linen napkins, condiments, delivery, clean up (service area only)
Guests are required to come to a service point
Robert and Jessie-may also required our mobile bar services, the mobile bar started at 4pm and finished at 11pm
The mobile bar was a cash bar and require a temporary events notice from Northumberland county concil.
